• automate manual and inefficient operations;
• reduce paper and implement digital signatures.

2. Global strategic Information security risk Program Remediation of major access control weaknesses to meet challenging external audit deadlines across 1500+ applications globally.

• Led the remediation of Access Recertification issues across all in-scope HSBC services;
• Managed the implementation of Access Controls to prevent the issues from reoccurrence;
• Designed and implemented the revised framework for on-boarding into HSBC’s strategic access recertification tool. The new framework significantly reduced the time required for on-boarding and allowed to add over 200 new services into the access recertification tool.

3. HSBC Kazakhstan Divestiture Program, HSBC Kazakhstan Full country exit transaction including migration of all business lines with relevant data, people, real estate (offices and branches) and approved Group / local / 3rd party systems/processes.

• Led IT Operations Workstream responsible for the End to End coordination and planning of local IT handover to the Buyer including IT systems, infrastructure and data management;
• Managed all IT interactions between HSBC Group, Local IT and the Buyer.

4. Traded Risk Program for Global Banking and MarketsHigh Priority Program sponsored by Global Banking and Markets to deploy multiple large-scale server grid clusters in order to increase available ‘Grid’ computing and develop a system for market risk monitoring and regulatory reporting.

• Responsible for the infrastructure delivery within budget of $10m;
• Arranged space clearance at HSBC Group data center for Grid expansion.
